War against drug abuse has been there for the last 40 years. This has lead to people describing it as a war characterized by lack of no rules and boundaries, as well. There has been the adoption of different law strategies, as well as criminal policies that are aimed at shunning an d punishing drug users. Through research, it is clear that about 76% of people globally have been diagnosed with the use of drugs.
